Community and Social Performance Specialists Infrastructure Projects

 

In this role, you will focus on social performance, as well as community and Indigenous engagement. You will also have opportunities to contribute to projects across environmental and placemaking disciplines, supported by ongoing training and career development. Indigenous Student Scholarship

 

As part of Deloitte’s journey of reconciliation, we aim to foster meaningful and lasting relationships, working with Indigenous Peoples, clients, and communities from coast to coast to coast as part of our Reconciliation Action Plan.

 

An important part of this journey is breaking down barriers for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis students, and increasing access to education and employment opportunities. To help drive meaningful change, we have launched our Indigenous Student Scholarship, as part of our Bloom Scholarship Program. 

 

Students will be awarded a one-time $5,000 scholarship towards eligible school expenses, as well as the opportunity to complete a work term at one of our Canadian offices…
 

Applications are due no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 26, 2026 
 

 

Bourse d’études pour les étudiants autochtones

 

Dans le cadre du parcours de réconciliation de Deloitte, nous visons à favoriser des relations durables et fructueuses en travaillant de manière collaborative avec les personnes, les clients et les communautés autochtones d’un océan à l’autredans le cadre de notre Plan d’action pour la réconciliation.

 

Une étape importante de ce parcours consiste à faire tomber les barrières et à accroître l’accès à l’éducation et à l’emploi pour les étudiantes et étudiants inuit, métis et des Premières Nations. Afin d’aider à amorcer ce changement significatif, nous avons lancé la bourse d’études pour les étudiantes et étudiants autochtones dans le cadre de notre programme de bourses d’études Élan.

 

Les étudiantes et étudiants recevront une bourse unique de 5 000 $ pour couvrir des dépenses scolaires admissibles et ils auront l’occasion d’effectuer un stage dans l’un de nos bureaux canadiens…

 

Les demandes doivent être présentées au plus tard à 23 h 59 (HE), le dimanche 26 avril 2026

Indigenous Youth Internship Program (IYIP)

Poison Prevention Week / Semaine de prévention des empoisonnements

This year for Poison Prevention Week (March 15-21, 2026), we want to raise awareness about the toll free numbers 1-844 POISON-X (1-844-764-7669) or 1-800-463-5060 in Quebec. Launched in 2023, this service is now the primary access point for poison centres' critical, expert medical advice on poisonings for people in Canada. Of note, this service is intended for non-life threatening poisoning cases - if the person is unconscious, not breathing or having a seizure, call 911.
 
À l’occasion de la Semaine de prévention des empoisonnements (15-21 mars 2026), nous souhaitons sensibiliser la population aux numéros sans frais 1-800-463-5060 au Québec (ou 1-844-POISON-X/1-844-764-7669 pour le reste du Canada). Ce service est le principal point d'accès aux conseils médicaux essentiels et spécialisés des centres antipoison pour les personnes au Canada sur les empoisonnements. À noter que ce service est destiné aux cas d'empoisonnement ne mettant pas la vie en danger ; si la personne est inconsciente, ne respire pas ou a des convulsions, appelez le 911.
 

Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business / Stratégie d’approvisionnement auprès des entreprises autochtones

The Government of Canada developed a strategy with Indigenous partners to open the door to real business opportunities for First Nations, Inuit and Métis entrepreneurs.
 
One part of the strategy requires the federal government to award at least 5% of the total value of its contracts to Indigenous-owned businesses. The results are measurable: in 2024–2025, Indigenous businesses received 5.1% of all eligible federal contracts, representing over $1.04 billion....
 
 
Le gouvernement du Canada a élaboré, en collaboration avec des partenaires autochtones, une stratégie visant à ouvrir la porte à de réelles possibilités d’affaires pour les entreprises des Premières Nations, des Inuit et des Métis.
